As of today, I have done everything short of uninstalling the Notes client and re-installing it. This includes clearing most of the Notes.ini file and deleting the user's Name.NSF file. I also cleaned up all the client created files again, so the user basically started over clean. It still did it.
The only things that we have loaded as an extention to Notes is QuickR.
This just does not make any sense.
